What is the fastest anyone has gone with an SBE in a manual car?

What is the fastest anyone has gone with an SBE in a manual car? It looks like most people going fast in this SBE revolution go right to Auto as part of their build. Anyone in the 9's, or 8's on a manual trans?

MightyMouse went high 9's with the stock bottom end and t56. I believe he destroyed 2 or 3 transmissions in the process. https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-tr...peed-list.html
It's not easy or cheap to go fast with a t56 in a heavy turbo car. I've been 10.6 in my stock bottom end 6 speed turbo car @ 3750lbs.

In any arena, it’s always good to know where you stand amongst the competition. Also, per the rule of diminishing returns I want to see when this venture will get too expensive to pursue anymore (keeping the T56) and this will give me a good idea. I’m already at the point where I will have to spend significant money or time to improve the car.
How fast did you go with the 6 speed?

He's moved from Des Moines, to Omaha, and now to Minneapolis in the past two years (I think). It's been hard to keep track, lol. He's getting married in the next few weeks as well so he's been really busy. He did have the car out to a No Prep race in Omaha last month and ended up getting 2nd in the "Stick Shift" class. The guy who owns the Capri is from Des Moines and hangs out with our group from time to time.

I have made over 200 passes with a T56 Magnum stock out of the box at well over 1000rwhp every pass and no issues. While they aren't cheap... they are strong with great gear ratios.... the .80 5th gear is icing on the cake for 1/2 and 1 mile racing.

According to the list yes. I think the fastest is indeed the 280 with a 9.7.
