Will this kit work with 345/40r17 tires and a Wolfe mini-tub?

We don't have any experience with the Wolfe mini-tub. Here are some installed photos for you.

I can tell you that the wolfe tub cuts into the stock upper spring perches, where the bracket for those sits. If you have some basic fab skills you can modify the bracket to work, create your own, or call someplace like midwest chassis to pick up something bolt in that will work for the upper mount.

Our kit that we've had for years which is very similar in design weighs approx. 24.5 lbs,
This would the weight of both coil-over shocks, springs brackets and hardware.

That's what it looks like. Hopefully Founders chimes in and says otherwise. Looks like UMI's is at least studded.

Our upper bracket bolts up through the original shock tower and turns it into a double shear mount. I'm assuming the founders bracket is the same design.

As far as viking there are two different series shocks....Warrior and Crusader.

The Crusader series gets valve specific, There's a pro Touring valving (AP),Valving for 600+Hp small tire/drag radial (AM),Big tire under 600Hp (AJ) and an (AD) valving which is for street rod application or Easy up drag application.

For the most part the Crusader shocks will give you approx. 4X's the rebound force as the Warrior series and you can get specific for application, either Drag or Pro Touring.
Or there's the "AD" valving that will get you lighter on the rebound force -vs- the Warrior shocks.

If you need any specific info feel free to call me here at the shop.

No it's held in with a 1/2" grade 8 stud that goes through the stock shock mount location.

Just installed a set with wolf mini tubs. You have to cut the upper mount. I ended up welding it in. Second bottom mount did not fit my 9 inch. Had to grind back and bend the tab so the angle was less. Then I could not get the upper bolt in so I welded that to the rear housing. All in all it seems like it should work good.
