Default ***1998 LS1 For Sale***

I have a long block out of a 1998 Trans Am that was replaced with a built motor. It has approximately 40k miles. It was running very well before being pulled. The customer just wanted more power. (408 ci)

I will be selling it as a long block and you will get everything that usually comes with a long block.

Pistons
Crank
Rods
Intake Manifold (LS1)
Cam
Lifters
Lifter Trays
Heads (Assembled Perimeter Bolt)
Timing Chain
Pushrods
All Covers
Crank Pulley
Etc...

You will not be getting any of the front drive accessories such as the alternator etc. Rockers are not included, nor are the oil pan or pick up tube. This is basically exactly like a crate motor (how it comes).

I can swap out the 98' heads for some 2002 241 casting heads for an extra $150.00.

I will be able to ship anywhere in the U.S. I am told to expect a shipping charge of around $200 - $300 depending on where you live. This will be the buyer's responsibility.

If Paypal is used, it's also on the buyer to cover the 3% user's fee for me to collect the money. Checks will be held until they clear. Money orders and cashier's checks will be accepted as well. I will not ship COD because I have been burnt on this before.

Price is $1500.00 obo

I'm interested. I've been looking for a LS1/auto combo for my 68 camaro. Do you have a wiring harness or 4l60 to go behind it?

This is only for the long block. Unfortuantly I don't have the PCM or the tranny to go with it. Please let me know if you are still interested though and we'll work something out.

Thanks,

D
