I answered this an hour ago, don't know where the post went.

It has been repaired. The previous owner had melted part of the valence I'm guessing due to having it installed while regular exhaust was on the car.
Scratches, no.
Bends, the 3rd picture shows a little warble or what ever with the backside. I'm working on this still. Won't be perfect, but will be fully functional and not visible from the install.
Cracks, NO!

The bondo is on the back side because I put two layers of fiberglass on the repair and was trying to smooth out the backside also.
