i'm not 100% sure they are stock replacement. i bought them for my ls1 build but wasn't sure if they were. they are identical to the ones i ended up using in my motor (which work great) and a local motor shop told me the numbers cross reference over to the ones i ended up using. they're height, shape, roller, etc... everything looks the same except for the oiling hole on a different side than the ones i ended up using. i think they are federal mogel brand 2148's. maybe someone else could chime in for sure. i paid $125 bucks for them and they are still brand new.
i will tell you this much though, if i was building another ls1, i would be putting them in it.
