C5 vert 6speed goes 9.81 at 139.5 at PINKS ALL OUT

C5 vert 6speed goes 9.81 at 139.5 at PINKS ALL OUT 2001 convertible, black on black, LS3 418, MN6, 4.10s CCW drag pack, and 100 shot on a TNT F1 power ring.
Car ran 9.81 at 139 mph in the time trials. 1.45 60ft. The window switch was set at 6800 witch cut the nitrous off way before The 1320. I logged the run and the rpm trap was 7498 rpm!!!!! The 4.10s are a little high for the 1320.
They picked a 9.80 field. I thought for sure I was going to run in the show. We had a great time and the show was awesome.

Wow... Mike Murillo took a 2001 Z06 to a 9.93 @ 145 mph with only a 175 shot, heads, cam, FAST, and hardened output shafts... ON THE STOCK BLOCK! LOL Why are these guys only running a 9.8 with a 400+ CI motor and spray? Just curious.

A motor built for nitrous on a baby shot compared to a ticking time bomb that made it down the track once. Thats totally an apples to apples comparison LOL!
He actually made several runs, driven around town and was talked about all over the country and in several magazines for its accomplishment of back to back 9's on the stock block.
