Back in the 9 second club
First time out to the track with the new car and happy with the results. as always it needs to be fine tuned and definitely has room for improvement. this time was with a 100 shot. when all issues are worked out i will jet up to 250. specs on car: stock cubic inch, ported heads, 605/609 238/240 cam on a 112 lsa, fast 90/90, dynatech longtubes, y-pipe with borla XR-1, th350 with 4500 stall, strange 12 bolt, 3.73, alston torque arm, bmr xtreme anti-roll bar, LGM lca's, strange shocks up front, QA1's in back, raceweight is 3115 lbs.

Good work. I'm sweating the raceweight... I need to get back to work on my sled and get to work on the weight. I'm "hoping" for 2900 with me in it when I'm done, I dunno if that's realistic or not though. Probably gonna have to lose 100 of that myself if that's gonna happen

havent changed anything so no new times yet. it is very consistent though. i have been to the track i think 4 times with it now and have a good stack of 9.9x time slips. i raced a 10.0 class last week but lost because my nitrous arming switch decided to shut my nitrous off at the 1000' mark in the first round of eliminations. i lost the race by .0043. next time out i am going to put the bigger pills in it and let her rip. here is a pic from last week
