What does a guy have to do to get a title change?

I ran a 9.95 & documented it.
Followed all instructions in both 9Ball's & IB Adrian's threads.
PM'd a couple mods & Adrian

The mods don't have the juice, already tried that. Need an admin to step in me thinks.
