The weather here is so nice, and i was watching my own videos just dying inside to get back to the track. I went faster overtime i went out this year. It was cool because i finished the build right at the end of april, so i got a good amount of racing in last season. I'm ready!!!!!! and i'm glad you're as itchy to get out as i am

My best 1/8 time was 5.77@118 with a 1.25 60ft.
On motor i had gone a best of 10.6X@ 127-8 I believe. My car picked up pretty good for a 200ish shot (.72jet)

That car is moving out. 8's should be no problem. BTW, what rear gears and size rear tires you running? Also, what rpm are you trapping and how efficient is that 9" converter?

Thanks,
Matt

3.70 gears, 28in MT Radial, traps RPM 7200.....As for the converter, I don't know honestly. I'm install a racepak system now though, so i'll know next season

Thanks for the info. Quick and dirty calcs put you are 90-91% efficiency or 9-10% loss. Might need to tighten up the verter some to get you around 5-6%. Very impressive times none the less!
