Default 91 Firebird TBI won't start

Well I'm really confused. My Mother's car has spark and has fuel, but will not fire off. What are some other things I should look at? She said she left work and it was running completely fine, and then when she went to leave Walgreens it wouldn't start. I checked for codes, only one stored was 32, which is something to do with the EGR, well that has all been deleted, so I'm ruling that out. Cranks, has fuel and spark, but just won't cook off.

Th only thing now left is compression. If your mom says it was running fine one minute and doesnt the next it might be the ignition module going in and out on you.

Starter maybe...

I had my starter go out on my '91 Z28. It would start and run perfectly fine everyday, then it started acting like it didn't want to start, then after cranking it like 3-5 times, it would start, then it eventually just went out.

Hmm well it cranks every time you turn the key, it just won't start. That's whats funny about the ignition module, I know sometimes if they get hot they will quit on you but the car won't even start after sitting all night. I guess I will pull it and see if Napa by me can test it.

Yeah my Mom said it was running fine, didn't shut off with a weird clunk or anything like it ate a piston or valve, just said it wouldn't start.

Thanks so far, keep it coming if people think it can be anything else.

That's kind of scary, they only run on 8-10 psi right? If the pressure sucks I hope its only a clog at the fuel filter or something, I don't want to do a fuel pump on it, that's for sure.

Yeah the fuel pressure is low on these Tbi car and trucks. Just a lil pressure loss and the car won't do a thing.
