K-member selection
i am looking for opinions on what K-member would be better to install in a 4th Gen if installing a SBC/BBC and why? i am either going with a 406 SBC or a 540 BBC and i am looking for opinions on which one would be better to buy as for fitment and especially if i decide to put my 540 in it.....for header/steering fitment. if i do the SBC it's going to be a street/strip (11-12 sec.) and the 540 will be a strip only. Thanks in advance for you opinions!

Depends on if you want a Motor plate setup or not.
I have the BMR piece and it's great for the SBC conversion. I did not want to use motor plates so I used theirs. I can change my headers in 15 minutes.
I don't have any expirence with a BBC swap but I imagine things will get tight in a hurry.
If you go BBC I'd suggest a motor plate setup since it's a strip only. This way you can use a race k-member form Race craft, MWC, Burkhart etc..
