Default 1994 Z28 or 3rd Gen ??

I looking into buying a drag car SBC set-up this spring. I have a couple of cars that I am looking at:Budget $4000
1.1994 Z28 Black (needs right fender "wrecked") Np title No motor or trans $400
2. 1984 Z28 350 sbc stock $2000
3. 1988 Camaro Z28 No motor or Trans $800 Clean
If i get the 1994 what is the best way to mount that sbc k member, motor plates what???

third gens are super easy to work with i had one before and did alot of work to it. now im just about done with a 454BBC in a 95 camaro. to just bolt up an old school sbc into a 4th gen ( 93-02 ) is a matter of a motor mount change. you dont have to get wild with motor plates for an SBC

Really??? I thought you might have to change K member. What mounts did you use?? Part # if you got it. I might think of BBC but I can get either pretty cheap. O and both gen 3rd and 4th look good with some draglites
