76 Vette Whistling Noise from Rear

Default 76 Vette Whistling Noise from Rear
When my dad shuts of his vette he hears a whistling noise coming from the gas tank area. Anybody have any idea what could be causing it?

Have him pop the gas cap loose and see if it still happens. Gas cap could be bad.
