Default BBC in a 4th gen???Motor plate????

I am putting a BBC in my 01 TA and using motor and mid plates. I am getting one made and was wondering....

Do I make the BBC crank centerline the same as a lsx block on the motor plate to keep the centerline of the motor the same ??? or do I do something different??

Any thoughts

thanks

I put a big block in my 99 Camaro. It has been so long I can't remember if I had to move my engine over just slightly for the tranny to fit. I did push it back as far as it could go with minor firewall adjustment. I also had to notch the floor a little for the linkage to work right in a powerglide.

Good luck with your project the headers are a pain in the *** to make for a big block conversion.

I have a BBC in my 2000 T/A, and it is offset about 2 inches to the pass side
