Car sat idle over the winter ..... reason, leaked oil from front of engine, determined it was the opti seal.

I just put new thermostat, waterpump temp sensor, waterpump and opti seals, ... also cleaned and sealed the opti with a light bead of rtv sealeant, ac plugs, ac wires, buttoned it all up and engine started right up and runs really smooth, .....all rpms. Parked vehicle over a white sheet multiple times checking for leaks with engine running approx 15-30 minutes, only 3 small drops, approximately 3 ft. back from the front of the left tire. slightly left of center of vehicle. Only put about 10 miles on it though before taking it to emissions.

Emissions test kept ABORTING ...

Can anyone give me an idea what direction to head in ....?

Does anyone know if this code reading ...
-00 ='s 00

is what is possibly the culprit, causing the emissions test to ABORT?
