BB Chevy, recommended builders?

BB Chevy, recommended builders? With my LS3'd BMW M3 finished, I'm about to start a new project.
I recently bought a parts car, BMW 850, for some spares for mine and the body is in pretty good condition so I'm going to try and replicate the one off BMW M8
I'm not going to try and get an original type engine as the only other car that had this engine was the Maclaren F1 (Not exactly but quite close) so I'm thinking of dropping a 500+ci BBC with a gentle bit of help from a turbo.
At my age I dont have too many of these long term projects left so I thought I'd reach for the sky with this one!
Can anyone recommend an engine builder for this or should I look to a GM crate engine?
