Default good set of spark plugs for 1st 383 fire up?

I have a built 383 with dart iron eagle heads that hasn't ran in about 2 1/2 years. Whats a a good set of plugs to run on a first fire up?

Well I know that. Just wanting to know what you would recommend? You're build thread is really badass. After seeing it I wish I had started with a fox body. What are you running in yours?
