Default Carbs and Turbos?

Ok guys tryin to find some good info on this. I thought that Turbo's were realyl only good with EFI but after reading an article in the new Car craft I see that they work well with carbs too. If anyone has any general info or links to stuff where I can read more on it I would greatly appreciate it

Not sure yet. Just started to research it all again. Not even sure if I'd go single or twin yet. But I'd LOVE to stick one on a BBC in a 4th gen

I have a buddy that has a 347 mustang that runs 5.30's at 136mph 1/8th mile with no intercooler. You could duplicate his setup on a LS1 for about $5500 with 6.0 block, stock crank, eagle rods, good pistons, stock ported heads, 6.0 manifolds backwards, t-88, wastegate, dp, Edelbrock carb setup, and about a $900 carb. Same could be done with the stock pcm, intake and large injectors. PM if you want the guys #, he does these kind of low budget fast as hell systems all the time.

Nowadays a lot of people sell carburetors already set up for a "blow-thru" application. Just search yahoo or something for "blow through carburetors" and you should be able to come up with some sites just to give you an idea on what you need or something.
