I was running a Lokar setup but kept stretching it...so I wound up fabricating a solid linkage. But the Lokar deal will be good for a car that mostly sees street duty.

I used a cable from an 86 z28. Had to modify the hole in the firewall a little, but it works great.

what did you have to do to the firewall??? We were thinking we could use a 86's cable.

The hole in the firewall was a different shape. Just trim the existing hole to match the 86's plastic insert.
