Default Questions about the cylinder heads and the camshaft

Hello,
I want to built up a new Chevy SB 350cui on my one for the first time.
The use of the engine is only for the street.
So far I have only a block and a Edelbrock 1406: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

There for I have some questions about the cylinder heads and the camshaft.

First the head:

I was thinking to buy a World Sportsman S/R Torquer cylinder head or the Dart Iron Eagle heads. The flow data of the dart is better than of the sportsman an the chamber volume is smaller (64 vs 67). Therefore I decided to buy the darts.
--> What do you think about this choice?

For street use I think the 180cc intake runner is the best:
--> Right?

http://www.dartheads.com/products/he...num-heads.html

I want to buy the assembled one.
I was wondering that they write at summit: Rocker Arm Studs Included: No
--> What kind of rocker arms do I need?

I want to run that engine with unleaded fuel and lpg.
-->Does the head have the right valve seats? (Valve Seat Material: Ductile iron)

It seems that I need Pushrod Guideplates for those heads.
In the description at summit is written: Machine Work Required: Yes
--> What does it mean?
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...8&autoview=sku

In the specification on darthead.com is written taht you need stock push rods (7.800").
--> I thought that the length has to be measured always individually?

The are writing, that this head works with most 23° pistons:
-->What does it mean?
I want to use those pistons:
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...0&autoview=sku
--> Are they ok?

I can buy the heads with angle or straight spark plugs.
--> What is better, and why?

What headers would you recommend for those heads?

Now the camshaft

What kind of camshaft would you recommend?
I was thinking about:
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...2&autoview=sku

or

How do they run on idle?

I hope, there is somebody you can help me with my many questions!

Thanks in advance!!!
James

you will want more than the 1406,the 1407 is a bit closer to your needs.i went through this a long time ago.
355,small cam(446/460, 112, 212/218 @.050)186 heads 1.94 1.60,perf RPM,9.5 comp.ratio,hooker shorties...i tried these NEW carbs and the 1/4 times
holley 600 -------14.4
holley 750 vac.sec---14.6
edel. 1406----14.1
edel. 1407----13.8
swapped to a tpi set up w/speed density and went 13.3
so since then i use edelbrocks for combos like this or use tpi.

you didnt say which block you have
I would go with a kit like this one from Summit, it has most of what you need and all the parts match each other

I have the Crane version of that cam and I have a 1407, Idle is great and it makes good power to 5700.
