Default need some help

i just bought a 89 mustang coupe for cheap and i had a SBC 350 given to me so i think im going to have a little fun with it. I need some help on the motor build. the block is a 3970010 casting thats also 010 and 020, which i think is 1% tin and 2% nickle. the heads are 60cc 327 heads. it also has a forged crank. i want the motor to make about 350-400 on motor and be able to handle a 200 shot if necessary. i want to keep the heads i have but throw in some 2.02 1.96 valves i have laying around. what should i look for for rods and pistons, cam, and carb. I will also be using a vic. jr intake i have. i want to try to keep the cost on the motor minus the carb to around $600-$700. this is somthing i just want to play around with and not dump a ton of money in right now. thansk guys

Port those heads, use some scat I beams for 289$ that are rated at 700 HP, some Speed Pro forged pistons, a nice cam with around 236/242 @.050, 110 LSA 550ish lift. The LSA is a bit tight for a 200 iht, but it will work fine. Thats just whati think would work pretty good for you on a budget. That is around 1500$ if you went all roller. 800$ if you went flat tappet.
