What kind of question are you asking? You have several fuel options here, you want race fuel? Pump gas? Ethanol? Alchohol? E85? There really is nothing special about a ZZ4 block, it is just another 4 bolt 350 really. Stroke it to 383 cubes and put whatever heads and cam you want on it to make the power you are comfortable with. Compression and other things depend on the fuel you want to use.

Well, if you are dead set on Edelbrock they make i believe a cam that is a OE style roller which i think your ZZ block is. Then you can get the heads separate. Should make a little over 400 HP.

On a budget, Vortec heads can't be beat.

You need to know what cubes can support what heads at whatever desired RPM, a high performance motor will usually have large heads and huge cam to match, a smaller street motor will have mild heads and cam, mid performance will be stepped up from stock bot nothing over board, a 350 with a 400 HP need will love vortecs and a mild cam, a person looking for 500 HP would look for 383 cubes and 200 cc heads with a cam about 240 duration or split 236/242. From there lift depends on the heads flow charicteristice, then there is the option of roller, flat tappet and then solid or hydrolic.
