Zero deck it with a set of flat top pistons.A pair of AFR 195 heads A cam with 250-260 deg of duration at .050 and lift in the .600 to .640 with a 110 lobe sep. victor jr or holley strip dominator intake with a 750-830 cfm carb also a 950 hp would work well for you. With that you should have a low 11 sec ride with pump gas NA.

I personally think you'd need more stall and gear to run a cam that is 250-260 duration. It would work if you spray it but on the motor I wouldn't see it moving out too good on the 60ft.

Yep 4000 stall and at least a 3.73 - 4.10 gear. will also need long tube headers with 1 3/4 primarys and good exhaust 2.5 to 3.0 pipe with a pair of magnaflows or simular mufflers.

i just did the same thing but since you said you are trying to save money i woudl go with the dart pro 1 platinum heads over AFR..... i will be putting a lil bigger stall but and using a T350 with a 373 gear and a TCI 2,200 stall..... the power comes in like a turbo with that stall and some may not like it that way but it has really great street manors and very tight..... i have yet to dyno cause i am still putting a few miles on it with a safe timing set at 29 degrees for now..... in a few days i am gonna bump it up to 36 degrees and jet the carb appropriate for this new motor...... but as it sits it feels like an easy 450rwhp car but its also light so i wont know for sure...... i also recomend getting a streetable solid roller..... the myths of all of that adjust rockers every week are BS! if its set up properly you will only have to adjust them 3 to 5 times a year depending on how much you drive......

Gear are ok , the heads if you have them ported and can get the flow in the 270 cfm range on the intake you will be in the park, cam will need to be bigger. At least if it were me doing it for low 11s

I went 10's with a 256/263 .638/.638 106 in my old nova, if you're only looking for 11's I would think something around 240-250 with at least .600 lift.
