Tuner in Mississippi!
Hey guys! Im looking for a good tuner in MS or close to it. I have a 72 Nova w/ a 00 LS1 from a Camaro, Trick Flow heads, Cam Dynamics cam, FAST intake & 90mm throttle body. Having idle troubles & need a few more tweeks done. Ideas guys?

John Clay MIGHT be able to tune it enough to drive from his shop to a trailer, so you can take it to a real tuner! just FYI
Even James, RWTD, said Clay shouldn't Ever try to tune a car again.
I gotta Bump for Geoff at EPS (former thunder racing tuner). tuned my car 2-3 weeks ago. Amazing job!!

Well he must have lost his touch or started studying, whatever the case may be. I dont want to bash him too much on open forum, but my experience with him is not even Remotely good.
OP, like Everything else in life, you get what you pay for! Go with a Respectable, Professional, and EXPERIENCED tuner. You wont get an even decent tune from a person who has tuned only a handful of cars. That applies to Anyone!

You can shoot me a pm about it. From what I understand, he's gotten driveability down really well, and although the doesn't have a dyno, the past few cars he has tuned have picked up et and mph over the previous tune.

This is John Clay. I'm just curious what it was I done wrong on your car and why after you weren't happy with the tune that you didn't give me the opportunity to make it right? Who are you and what were you driving?
