Route 16 near Denver and Lincolnton, NC Anyone know how i can obtain a permit or get permission to use the unopened section of Highway for a couple speed runs. Or has anybody attempted to go out on it yet

I live @ 73&16....just drive up and down the section till the end looking for police hanging out. Turn around at the dead end and punch it on the way back. Other than that just hit Zmax
