Our Senior Performance Tuners are preferred to have 3+ years of tuning experience with specific characteristics and expertise in the following areas:


Characteristics:

• Team oriented, ability to work together to accomplish goals
• A sense of urgency to complete tasks in a defined timeline
• Strong communication skills for consulting with customers
• Strong ability to remain focused on the job at hand
• Desire and motivation to be the best in your field

Professional Expertise:

• Strong fundamental knowledge of tuning theory and application
• Well versed in Import and Domestic tuning platforms
• Factory ECU and Stand Alone tuning experience
• Tuning for forced induction and various fuel types
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
