Any good LS1 mechanics near Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville, NC?

My 99 Z is needing some attention as I cannot figure out for the life of me why my Bank 2 is running rich, I've checked everything... need someone to help me out with this!

I think RPM works on cars, right? I'd possibly call up there and see if they'd take a look.
