Can any NC guys help with a tech issue

Are there any guys in the Triad on here, Greensboro, Winston area? I live in Kernersville. I'm having a tech problem that is preventing me from passing inspection here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

When your getting teched in at the track and you get denied, they didn't say what it was that failed. If your failing surely they gave you what was failing and why. Not from nc but figured I'd try to help
