Whats up y'all. My wife had our second baby on the 20th. Skylar Jean Allen born 5/20 @ 19:13 3lbs 8oz. She has been in NICU since birth, and got bad news on the 27th. Doctors say she most likely has Trisomy 18 aka Edwards Syndrome, which we never heard of this syndrome. I have a healthy 9 year old girl, and ask God why. She would have a 1 and 10 on not surviving to her first birthday. The wife was in tears, me I was just numb at what I just heard. I want to trade places with her so bad. We don't want to lose our baby. Today she was placed in a normal crib which is awesome, oxygen levels are being reduced each day, holding her body temp. We got her blessed by our Priest and he Baptised her. Wasn't a dry eye in site. Hopefully we can bring her home soon. Life has gotten tougher one income put a wrench in things trying to survive. She is at Tucson Medical Center and they treat her like a princess. Ronald McDonald house is lodging us while we go back and forth from the hospital. Man I didnt know how much they do for people in need. It was a blessing, couldnt afford driving 75 miles one way to go to the hospital. Trying to get sleep is tough not knowing what the next day will bring. Sorry for my life story. If y'all want to share this link this would greatly help with Skylar's expenses.

Been at the hospital day. Got more bad news they're moving her to hospice. Doctors broke the news to us that she may have a week or two to live. I'm asking God, why her. We are so deeply sadden, I wish God could touch her with his healing hands, and make her well

Words can't ease what your feeling I'm sure of that. 5/20 is such a special day in our family my son father and niece all share this day as there birthday and because of that I'll be making sure all of my kin send out prayers for your little girl

Thank you means a lot. She is hospice, I'm sleeping right to her. They gave her second dose of Lasix to help with the fluid around her heart, and lungs. Hopefully Skylar can make people aware of Trisomy 18 aka Edward's Syndrome.

Update Skylar is still with us. She will be 3 months on the 20th. She weighs now 4lbs 2oz. Thank you everyone for your prayers.... God is good...
