So today I get a letter from Tally.

RE: State of FLA versus me, etc etc

Dear Mr. Bergevine:

This is to advise you that Restitution has been reserved as part of the plea agreement with the above named defendant. We will need you to forward to this office your restitution claim, accompanied by all receipts and/or documents pertaining to your out of pocket expenses or deductibles.

It is very important that I speak with you, blah blah, must respong by Dec 10,2004 if you want to be considered for restitution for damages or injuries sustaned from this accident.

Please direct documentation to my attention with the above case number... you may fax this to me at this number... blah blah
