Default Pic of Firehawk at the track

Here are a couple of picture of my Firehawk at the track it was a week ago Thursday when I got my first nitrous run. I engaged it at the 60' mark by using a 5200 rpm pill. I ran 7.26 @ 96 mph on the 1/8 mile. Almost 90 degree weather. Should be in the 6s with good weather!

Thanks Steven. Helen Coggins took them for me and I decided to post them up. It could be a while before I take it back down the track, need to find and fix the coolant problem. It might be the ARP head bolts not doing good.

She did a great job at the line! NL looked alittle tired on that pass. He usually has a little movement he does but i guess you never see that. LOL....

I take it you are still having coolant problem's? I thought it was fixed.

LOL, yeah he was tired. lol I don't get to see him, but I bet I have a good idea what he does.

It must be a really really slow leak that gets worse the harder you get into it. Of course the worse is on spray at the track. Spray on the street doesn't do much either though.

You can really see how these ET Drag/Radials crinkle if you look at the picture on my photo website: http://image55.webshots.com/155/5/15...6LskxIF_fs.jpg when you open the picture, click on the lower right hand corner to expand it and you can see the rear tire really good.

Yeah, if I adjusted the shocks some more it probably would, but it hooks real well the way it is, so I will leave it there for now. Not sure if I am ready for too much of a wheel stand!

The best 60' I got was 1.56, but had several 1.58s in good weather including my best ET. M/T Drag Radials have been the best for me so far, and believe me, I have tried them all...
