i know someone in columbus ga used to do it...i dont know if they are there anymore or not.....I know alot of people use it so they must be getting filled somewhere

I believe the Napa in columbus fills bottles... I had mine filled there a while back, but that location closed down.. So I dont know if the other locations do it or not..

**** I would be pretty safe in saying that the phenix city drag strip will fill it!
