need 2 98-02 fbody cats to pass inspection

does anyone have a set of cats they dont need and they are just lying around well my friend just moved to charlotte and he needs them to pass inspection...

yeah they look and ive heard sometimes they give the sniffer test depending on who checks it

there is no sniffer in charlotte. They just hook it up to the computer and see if any codes are showing. Depends where you go as if they do a "visual" check
