I was just recently able to get mine done for my 02 ws6. I tried to go through PHS at first like their site says, but they told me the guys who actually do them is a son/father team. The father has been ill and the son couldn't keep up with the demand and so they've stopped doing alot of the stickers (mainly newer years). I contacted them directly to see if they could squeeze it in at some point and they eventually did, but it took some time. I can't say that will be the same for someone else but that's my experience.

OK so I received the invoice today.
Now, the next step is to send the fax or email to phs I guess.
Hopefully, it will work

EDIT : I have a question : on their website, it doesn't say the year of my pontiac (2002), I just have to leave it blank ?
Also, I just have to send the order form with the invoice, and that's it ?

Did this maybe two months ago, it took maybe 2 weeks to receive but it was a nice piece worth the money.

If you want, get the regular one, make it laminated at the local office depot for cheap... and then if you're crazy like me, frame it and hook it up on the wall right above your car lol
