It is possible that the car wasn't sold of the lot until 1995 but it would still be a 1994 model.

It doesn't matter when the vehicle was sold
It matters the production year
For example if the 94 Ta went to a dealership and the GM wanted to store it on his show room floor for 20 years and never sold it, it would still have the original MSO
Once sold and titled it would still be a 94 TA
I would get on the 30th anniversary TA forum and ask the 25th anniversary guys
I have one And it's a 94

I think there is a code for the anniv package. When I ran mine through compnine.com I thought it brought up the option. Checking to see if it originally came with white interior would narrow it down

B7I is the RPO for the 25th Anniv T/A. They are also the only ones that year to receive the white leather interior, RPO 102/103.

B7I 25TH ANNIVERSARY TRANS AM TRANS AM,25TH ANNIVERSARY(B7I)

I have no doubt that the title states that it was sold in '95. But that doesn't mean it is a 1995 model year car. The VIN# doesn't lie, nor does the original RPO decal in the glove box (assuming it has the same VIN# as what is on the dash).

A free carfax will tell you the year at least. Or just look up the VIN on compnine and see if it has the codes.

yes the 25th's were made late into 1994 model year.. march-june/july.. just in time for 95 models to start rolling out.

so it's probably legit.

mine's june/1994

So does the title say that it is a 95 Trans Am or does it say that its a 94 Trans Am sold in 95. If it says it a 95 Trans Am its not a 25th. Id check the RPO in cglove compartment. Top row of codes, ninth over from the left should say B71
