I still think cause its a Firehawk it could easily bring $20K all day long. Here are some examples of a low mile F-Body that sold on eBay.

I paid around $17K for my 500 mile car last summer but it wasnt a Firehawk and needed tires and brakes from sitting so long.

Yea these cars aren't at that level yet to start truly appreciating. Maybe at 25 years old it will be worth sticker, then it goes up from there. So I think 23k would be a fair price. Sitting for 12 years isn't always best unless he did regular starts and stuff.
