New SOM 6M Firehawk to the family!!
I picked up another 2002 SOM 6M Firehawk #962. Since my other one is completely original and I want to keep it that way, I wanted another one to modify/play with. I got #962 home this past Friday and she has a few mods done to it already. It has heads, cam, long tubes, GMMG exhaust, welded in sub frame connectors, and a few other minor things. I don't have a ton of pictures yet but will soon, she has 44k miles on her. Attached are a few pics and a video of her running.

I do not have the specifics on the mods. I bought the car from an individual from a person in Florida who buys/sells vehicles and he got it from a guy on craigslist in south Florida and towed it back up to northern Florida. The guy he got it from didn't know what all was done to it and didn't have specifics on the cam, etc. The heads though are Texas Speed. I flew down to Florida and drove it back to Wyoming lol, she made the 2k mile trip flawlessly and got 25-26 mpg on the highway.

I just saw wyo plates and had to read on. My family all lives in Sheridan and I was curious what the 2 plates were. Not the right to time to drive a sports car in these parts. Snow is flying! I live in NE Montana, so It's a lil worse up here. My car doesn't move from November til May usually.
How the heck did you track that thing down. I can only get craigslist to search one section of a state at a time! Ive been looking for a cheaper SS(gold or hug orange) to set next to my ws6. Although mine is Silver and not the SOM I wanted. Got a great deal on it a few years ago and couldn't pass reguardless of color.
Anyways, Congrats on having two som hawks
