Hello..
A question.
I have bought a car from some on Craigslist, I lost his number and also lost the title that he gave me .
I went to DMV to transfer it on my name but it has been rejected by DMV because they found out that this car has been sold out of U.S . which is for Export only!!!! .
Any suggestions please...

Certified mail in and attempt to contact the previous owner then file for an abandoned Vehicle
