Default ss on title
so my friend has been telling me that if you take a z28 and put all the ss upgrades u can take it to the dealer and then can certify it as an Ss

that true?

The only way a SS is a true SS is if it has RPO WU8.

RPO = Regular Production Order/Option

look on the drivers door and youll see the build codes and stuff, and youll see one that says WU8, if you dont find a WU8, then its a fake.

The only way a car would be certified as an SS is if it had the RPO Code otherwise all of the information on that car will just have the car down as a Z28 no matter what.

Only SLP could certify the car as such. Dealerships didn't make SS's. SLP did.
