I almost bought my 99 formula in that mystic green color but ended up going red instead. I dont think they made any 99 ws6 formulas in that color?

They did not make WS6s or Firehawks in Blue-Green Chameleon.

correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a 1970 Camaro which was still a first gen body style that was halted early on when the second gen made its debut as a 1970 1/2?

1969 body design was build/produced until Feb of 1970, thus the reason most 1970 Camaros are A.K.A. 70-1/2 since they went into production late. There were a few GM publicity photos of 1969 style cars with 1970 tags since they didn't have a finished model then.

My car is one of 4 2001 Mystic Teal B4C Camaros. I don't think it's worth much, but it's cool having the only one I've ever seen. I bought it with high miles, but it was bone stock down to the ac delco oil filter and goodyear tires. I haven't cut it up at all, but I'm modding the hell out of it.

Yeah, they never made a Mystic Teal WS6, which is why I loved my 1999 Trans-Am that I put an OEM WS6 hood on !

I saw that car in person several times. It has the magnesium Corvette wheels powdercoated white. I remember seeing that car up for sale for $80,000. It's rare that GM ever lets those types of cars out of their mitts, but some lucky owner has it right now. ~Joshua

these are in my friends collection
how about a 78 macho T/A car number 202 of 202 and 1 of 8 turbo cars.
or an 84 MSE with a doug nash 5 speed behind a 406 chevy, 1 of 5 cars with the motor package.

You might want to read or re-read Demonbird's first sentence Evyl. "I don't feel dealer cars...." Yenko, Berger, Mr. Norm.

According to Settlemire, GM sold the molds to the fenders for that car to GMMG, who used them to make the Dick Harrell car... So yeah, they look a lot a like. The grille is different, though.. it's a front breather instead of a bottom breather... and that grille is unique to that car only.

They had that Camaro at the all-Chevy show here a few weeks ago, I got to see it in person... it is gorgeous.

Notice how that tall intake requires modifying the cowling under the windshield. That allows water to come in that area. I'm looking for a fabricator or body shop to fix mine. That also looks like an off-the-shelf intake rather than a fabricated so I would assume those are LS6 heads. Pretty car.

A guy locally had an M6 Purple 98 WS6 with leather. He used to show it here and there but when he found out the color was rare he stopped driving it. He also had another WS6 he was driving.

I am interested in rare color SS Camaros like gold and that teal one, let me know if you see one for sale.

The 1st Comp Ta was blue, prototype before they actually made the Comps..
It had brembo brakes on it too,I saw it out at the F-body Gathering in 98..

Jim Matteson owned it,1 of 1...

Only 15 had a "non-standard paint color", whatever the hell that means
More than likely they were fleet sales that had a special color. I was selling chevys back in 94-96 and if you had a fleet account you could choose from the gm colors on any vehicle or custom order any color if you bought 10 or more identical vehicles.

I thought it would be cool to order 10 z28's in the corvette yellow with black leather m6 loaded up but the dealership would never do it since they were selling most at sticker price anyway.

I stopped driving mine because the freakin fuel pump died.

But when it's running, I drive it fairly regularly... I've had it since Thanskgiving, and I have put ~3000 miles on it, and it's just a "weekend" car. I take it on cruises all the time.

Ok it's no 1 of 1 but it's gotta be pretty rare. I bought mine 5 years ago in Columbus Ohio for $13,000, it had 39k miles on it. Here's some of the numbers:

48,490 = total Camaros in 1998
35,331 = automatics (72.9%)
24,218 = CC1 Removable roof panels
7,312 = Y3F Sport Appearance Package
7,401 = 12 disc CD remote changer
1,084 = White Leather Interior
323 = 31U Green Z28's

ALSO: Full alarm package & power drivers seat

There cant be more than a handfull of these..........
