All right guys I have a couple of players! For those guys I have also included a pair of 1/2" spacers. I want to see if the spacers will work with these so I threw them in. I did do a comparison of the mounting depth with spacers vs. a pair of CDT CL-6's that fit in the stock sail panel area. They look to be a perfect fit. We will see.
As far as number of orders made the group buy is a go so these will be available for $99.00 shipped to the continental U.S. Anyone wanting these just Paypal me with your screen name and item.
I have sent out 1 pair and am sending out 2 more pairs today. So a few reviews will be forthcoming.
I did get one order from someone that didn't have an address available on Paypal and no LS1Tech screenname so if you know who you are PM me please!

I'm very interested, both my sail panel subs are blown. Would there be a problem if I replaced the stock headunit but left the monsoon amp using these speakers? I can't imagine there would be.

Edit to add: are the spacers included?

I'm also very interested as one of my sails are blown. I will wait on a review as I've read many favorable results from the Elemental Design 7Kv.2 and/or EU-700s (BTW are these the same?).

I'm torn between the two options...

Elemental Designs does not include a spacer for their subs and they are actually more money (nice product as well not taking anything away). I don't get spacers for free and I always give the best deals I can possibly give. The spacers are available for $7.00. This covers what I buy them for.
As much as I would love to keep giving stuff away....I think $7.00 is reasonable.
I included the spacers to the first couple because they were willing to try them out and give a review. I'm guessing that the spacers were the right depth. They looked to be right on when I put them side by side with another speaker in front of me but only the installation will tell.
Currently I have am sold out but have a new shipment of 20 coming in no later than Friday.

One of my sail panel subs is blown. I've replaced the passenger side already and then a few months later the other one blew. And I don't play my system loud. That is why I'm looking for an alternative sub for my Monsoon system. I would be interested in the subs with the spacers as well. Only thing is, I don't have a paypal account so I would probably need to contact you directly at Kee Audio. I live outside of Nashville, so Marietta is not that far from me.
