Purchase a selected auto or truck/SUV ProCharger Supercharger System, Tuner Kit or Cog Race Kit between Oct. 18, 2010 and December 17, 2010 and you could get a rebate of up to $250 dollars directly from ProCharger. This program isn’t limited to just a few systems and kits, oh no: we’re talking about a huge selction of systems, tuner and cog race kits, more than 200 total! Here’s how the ProCharger Cash Back Retail Rebate program works

Step 1: Purchase a qualifying ProCharger Intercooled Supercharger System, Tuner Kit or Cog Race Kit from a ProCharger dealer between October 18, 2010 and December 17, 2010. If you don’t know the name of your nearest ProCharger dealer, give our Sales Team a call at 913/338-2886, Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Step 2: Retail Customers must then fill out the ProCharger Retail Rebate Form (available here) and mail it to ProCharger along with a copy of their purchase receipt and their completed supercharger warranty registration form (included with your supercharger system). Rebate forms must be postmarked by January 15, 2011 to qualify for your rebate.

Step 3: Enjoy your industry-leading ProCharger power while you wait 6-8 weeks for your rebate to arrive.

Here’s How the ProCharger Retail Rebate Works

1. By Dec 17, 2010: Purchase a selected ProCharger Intercooled Supercharger System, Tuner Kit or Cog Race Kit from a ProCharger dealer between October 18, 2010 and December 17, 2010.

The hyperlinked application guide is color coded by discount level; offerings shaded in green feature a $250 rebate, while those in yellow feature a $150 rebate.

2. By Jan 15, 2011: Retail Customers must then fill out the ProCharger Retail Rebate Form and mail it to ProCharger along with a copy of their purchase receipt and their completed supercharger warranty registration form (included with your supercharger system). Be careful, many dealers will end up selling you a D-1SC with the smaller 3.5" intercoolers, and you won't even know it until it is too late! Don't buy a system unless they have the ProCharger part numbers listed! Bob

Thanks for the quick response, now I guess I have some homework to do to figure out what crank pulley is on the car, and check to see if it's a 6 or 8 rib setup. That's the kicker for buying a car that's already built.

That Aster tensioner is sweet, but I dont want to get rid of my electric water pump. What is available to use that allows me to keep that pump? I am getting tons of belt slip with the 3.4 8 rib pulley.

I am sorry that I somehow missed your post. If you haven't replaced the supplied ProCharger air filter with a larger one, this would be the first thing I would do as when a smaller pulley is installed, the supplied filter becomes a restriction. Here is a link to a filter that can pick up several pounds of boost http://shop.brutespeed.com/KN-RE-092...KN-RE-0920.htm when the ProCharger supplied filter becomes a restriction. This larger filter also often eliminates belt slippage when the filter becomes a restriction.
If you have already replaced the air filter with a larger one, the next thing I would suggest is to either have a larger crank pulley made so that you can go up to a little larger blower pulley, or go with the SDCE spring loaded tensioner since you don't want to replace your electric water pump. A local (competent...) machine shop should be able to take your ProCharger crank pulley and make one one inch larger in diameter. Bob

I've been running at the track with no filter at all. I've been talking to a guy about a cog setup, but damn they're pricey. I think the issue I was having before was an incorrect belt. I'm going to do some work on the car this weekend and find out exactly which crank pulley I have, and get the right belt for the 3.4 blower pulley. Hopefully that'll get me through for a while.
