i am definitely looking for a new trans, have been looking at performabuilt. i've never heard of these guys, can someone vouch at all for them??? like the price though, $500+ shy of any other offering with the 5-pinion upgrade. this is going into a 2wd truck

The level 2 is rated for up to 575 hp and our level 3 for up to 750 hp.

Probably not(assuming you have no clue if someone is doing full on drag racing only), but is there any warranty with these transmissions?

Transmissions come with one year warranty if buy just the transmission or 2 year warranty if you buy a trans an converter combo the warranty is still good even if you are racing full time. If you are buying a race transmission then the warranty should cover you if you race.
