Its awesome that you guys do this sale for tech members but the communication there is lacking. I ordered my hood in early February and called last week on 3/14/17 just to check the status because i was told a 7-8 week production time when ordering. I was told it would be ready to ship by "next week" meaning the week of 3/19-3/25. I called today since its Friday and I had yet to hear from VFN and get told its going to be 4-5 weeks from now. That's a pretty big difference for someone who is planning races to attend!
I'm sorry they told you next week ~ I can check into your order btw if you could send your order number/or name it was ordered under.
We have been about 8 weeks on most of our items now for several weeks ~ Which means ordering about the 14th will put you out about that time frame.
Appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

May I see a pic of the underside of a Smoothie Q hood please, are they finished on the underside? Also, what is the tech discount? I like the look better than my OE WS6 hood. Hopefully the quality is similar? Thanks.

We're currently working on a Q in the back, was hoping to have a picture available for you today ~ But. It is very similar to the WS6 underside
Except that where the heat extractors are in the Smoothie, the frame is flattened out.
