I'm doing a 9.0 compression 370 6.0. I have a 88mm on3 turbo to go on it. Ported 317 stock truck intake. 3500# 6500 redline. 3200 stall. Looking for a decent cam but not looking for it to be fairly mild idle. Th400 any of these a good option or could you pm me a suggestion. Thanks Stephen

The only one that might work would be the 243/238-117 LSA. Ideally, you would want more converter and more compression, but it might get you by. It's gonna bleed some boost off though. What you gain from the cam could very well be cut in half by the loss in boost.

That sounds like a horrible option. Is a street car so a tight converter is a big plus. Shouldn't need a higher stall just a better can option. Thanks for the reply though

Yeah. You would surely benefit from a smaller duration cam. These ones I have in this special are all just too aggressive for your setup. Give us a call, if you would like to, and we would be happy to help you pick a cam that's going to work well for your application.

Thanks!

Funny the day after I asked that question I melted a piston in my 370... So I'll be down there this Thursday or Friday pickking up my 418 lol... Maybe I'll get one of these cams too.

We had torque converters on here but they have been sold. We can only have a certain amount of active sales threads at once. Therefore, we constantly update this thread with new items, so the thread title needed to be somewhat generalized.
