What's the regular price on the rears with a spool and no ABS? Im guessing this would be the race version of the 12 bolt. Also, I notice that 4.10 is the lowest gear offered, is it an additional charge for anything lower? Im looking for the Strange 12 bolt, with a spool, 4.56 gear, no ABS, and no TCS. Could you please give me the regular and sale price for that one? Thanks.

Strange doesn't offer a spool option for this rear. I don't believe they have a 4.56 ratio but I will check into this for you.

Thanks,
Tom

I just got off the phone with Strange and you can have the option of using a spool in the PRG210, but you have to specify. Same goes for the 4.56 gear. The rear end that Im looking to purchase is the PRG230 which is their drag racing rear end for F-bodies. The difference is that it comes with Pro Race axles and Pro Race gears. However instead of coming with posi, it comes with a spool. I want that particular rear end, but with the US/Strange standard gears which is $99 less. Is there any way that you could include this particular rear end in the Group Purchase and if not, is there any way you could work out a deal with me on it? Id really like this rear because the PRG210 is really not what I need. Its more of a street/strip set up and theres no reason for me to pay the extra money for a set up like that. Thanks.

This shouldn't be a problem. We can get anything that Strange produces. I'll have someone here check into pricing and let you know what it will be in the morning.

Tbyrne: How come you are only doing a little over 7% off rather than the usual/normal 10% off? Any way you could make it the normal 10% off?

BigPlanTransAm: This option is for people that don't have traction control. They can purchase the backing plates and have the rear ready to bolt in when it arrives. You'll need to send in your backing plates and axles if your car has traction control.

Dear John/BigPlanTransAm: The rears are shipped freight collect so we usually don't see what they cost. I believe the last one that shipped to the shop was about $160. The range will probably be from $125. - $200. depending on your location and if you need a liftgate to take it off the truck.

BlackBeaSSt: The savings is $170. off the regular price.

I live in Illinois not to far from Elk Grove Village where Strange is located. If I buy the rear from you do I have to pay tax if I pick it up from Strange?

BlackBeaSSt: We have one order in as of this morning.

maddboost: You could pick the rear up from Strange to save on shipping plus you wouldn't have to pay sales tax.

How many are we up to? Sale ends at midnight on Wednesday correct? Last but not least, I see that there is $200 off of products $2000 or more this week. You couldnt do $200 off for this GP could ya? Thats usually the sale that you offer. I want the PRG230 with the standard gears, but I want the super strength posi and all the upgrades except for the aluminum spool of course. What could you do for me?

I think the PRG230 is only offered in a Spool. The PRG210 is the one with the POSI.

I didnt want the 210 because I didnt want the S/S axles, ABS, TCS, or the cross over u-joint. Basically I want the 230, but with the super strength posi and all the options for it except the aluminum spool. Plus I dont think the 210 has fully welded tubes, reinforced caliper mounts, and chromoly caps.

BlackBeaSSt: I'm in Maui on my honeymoon so it will be best to give the shop a call/e-mail about this. I'm not sure what our regular price is for this rear. You could go with the $200. discount if it's over $200. but, by the looks of the GP prices that price will probably be under that so a $100. discount would apply.
