Jet-Hot Corvette Headers! JET-HOT has been in the process of designing and manufacture high quality long tube headers for the Corvette C5. Our purpose was to offer a better product at an affordable price.
Designed for the 1997 though 2004 Corvettes with the LS1 engines, the full length headers are made with 16 gauge, 1 ¾ diameter primary tubes, 3” diameter collectors and thick, 3/8” flanges meticulously welded on both sides to improve strength and prevent warping. Bolts, gaskets and oxygen sensor bungs are provided as standard equipment. AIR and EGR tubes are optional. A high flow H-pipe is included for easy installation and improved sound.
These American-made headers, as well as the H-pipe, come coated inside and out, with JET-HOT’s exclusive Sterling formula, which lowers engine-bay temperatures, improves scavenging, enhances appearance, extends part life, and is backed by the strongest warranty in the industry.
We are taking pre-orders on these headers as they will be ready to go in a week or so. Normal retail will be $699.00, get them now for just $669.00 shipped! Until 8-29-04.

I am interested. Can I please have the first set? I do not need the h-pipe; only a flange at the end of each header collector. Please post photos or email them to narcszm@yahoo.com.
