Can also add Ceramic coating to the housings for a little extra heat dissapation. And for those that want a little bling factor it almost looks chrome.

The Evans radiator is a direct fit and a great looking peice too. It is significantly larger and designed to handle big inch motors with serious HP. I do not know an exact temp but it will keep all in check.

Hello Nate.
Good prices.
What all will I need to install the new Evans water pump into my 2001 Vette?
Pump, T-stat, coolant, anything else?
Also do you have the items in stock now? (car going under the knife in 2 weeks)
Email me a total price for a set-up and how best to get you paid.
plewand@soflinks.com
Thanks, Perry

Yes the stock t-stat housing does not flow near enough for the new pump the Evans superflow t-stat flows almost double the stock one.
For the belt first the ASP pulley almost defeats the purpose of the pump as it is being driven slower than it should but it puts you about where you were stock a little better. I do not remember the correct size I have it here somewhere as it has been done a few times. It is about an 1 1/2" shorter than the stock belt.

nate, how much for a case of that coolant shipped to 76135? what kind of protection does it offer? is it comperable to the DexCool as far as longevity and whatnot? or is it something designed for low use (such as racing) and frequent changes

Because I went with the Evans pump I have a pump that will outflow the stocker at any speed due to the way the housing/impeller is designed - not just the fact that it is speeded up by different size WP pulley. So even though I'm driving it at slower speed, the flow characteristics put me back where I was or a little better (as you stated).
I don't consider that defeating the purpose of the pump! My temps on the hottest day, driving hard, and idling in traffic have not gone over 190 deg. (and that's with 426rwhp/418rwtq).
So I wouldn't say that buying this pump with an ASP UD is a waste of $$
BTW, does Evans have a radiator for 2k WS6 T/A? If so how much?

I am not saying it will not help it just works better without the ASP pulley. If you keep the pulley you most certianly need to help out the cooling and adding the Evans pump will help improve that with the pulley. This pump makes a huge difference over the stock pump. HP makes heat and you need to control that.
Moregrip- Shipping is not included
A3Z28-It offers far better protection as far as corrosion, longevity is about the same if not better as DexCool gets pretty bad faster than it claims. Unless you go with the Race it should be changed once year.
Thanks Jay your setup is exactly the way it should be for what you wanted out of it. And like I said if you are going to underdrive it you are going to need to do something to overcome that and keep the heat in check.
