Default Next Level Performance Base Installed 427 Package, $14,595

Hey All,

Happy New Year to everyone and hope y'all had a great holiday season. We are gearing up for a great 2005 and starting things out with this 427 package. I touched on this briefly in my "Happy Holidays" thread and have recieved two deposits as of last week. These prices are based on the F-body, but will work for any LS1 based vehicle as far as the base package is concerned. The add-ons for any Vette, GTO or truck will be simlar in pricing for the complete package.

Heres what we have. This package is based on NO CORE EXCHANGE. the only componets required from your engine will be the front & rear covers, oil pan and valve covers. You can either store your current engine or sell it complete to recoup some of the costs of the upgrade.

Here is a component list for you.

New LS6 block with Darton Sleeves.
ARP main studs.
Diamond forged pistons & file fit moly rings.
Callies forged connecting rods.
Callies forged cranshaft.
Clevite77 bearings.
NLP modified LS6 oil pump.
Comp hydraulic cam (choice of grind).
Comp lifters (850 or 875).
Comp adjustable timing set.
Comp moly pushrods.
AFR 225 cylinder heads with spring upgrade.
New GM cam retainer plate.
ARP head bolts.
ARP cam retainer bolts.
ARP cam gear bolts.
LS6 PCV valley cover and hose assembly.
36lb fuel injectors.
Complete machine work, balance and blueprinting.
Cometic MLS head gaskets.
Remaining GM gaskets and seals.
Oil, filter and coolant.
Professional install.
Complete in house LS1 Edit chassis dynotune with air/fuel.
$14,595 installed, no exchange.

This is a good package for those that have done all the "normal" bolt-ons like longtube headers, high flow cats or OR pipes, catback exhaust, some type of cold air intake, lower temp thermostat, underdrive pulley, upgrade clutch or torque converter, etc. and ready to get into the engine.

For those with a 2000 and older f-body, it is recommended that you go with at least an LS6 intake manifold and 85mm MAF. We can add anything to this package no matter how far along you are in your upgrade process. 98's will require changing to the perimeter valve covers and coil pack mounts.

An A4 equipped vehicle will, in most cases, require a torque converter upgrade as well as recommend a trans upgrade. Manual trans cars are strongly recommended to go with a clutch upgrade.

For those starting with a bone stock F-body, we are offering the same engine package along with the following components.

Dynatech Supermaxx longtube headers with cats.
Magnaflow cat back.
NLP underdrive pulley.
160* or 180* thermostat.
Whisper Lid w/ K&N.
NLP 93mm TB and LS2 intake conversion.
85mm MAF.
Racetronix fuel pump upgrade.
SPEC Stage 3 clutch and aluminum flywheel or Yank torque converter.
$19,995 installed, no core exchange.

On top of this you can add Comp or T&D shaft rockers, Exedy single or dual disk upgrade, A4 trans upgrade and a base brake upgrade. The base brake upgrade is strongly recommended with the extra power. Gotta whoa after you go. If you have a 2001 or older M6 car it is recommended that you upgraded the clutch hydraulics to the 2002 versions. This adds $349 to the price.

Rear wheel horsepower and torque will depend on the total combination of mods as well as cam choice. We base a lot of that choice on converstaion with the customer to determine the goals and driveability expectations of the vehicle. 550+RWHP is obtainable in an M6 equipped vehicle if you can tolerate some old school cam lope and related driveability.

I do recommend that if these higher HP levels are what you are looking for, 500 and up rear wheel horsepower, but want to keep pretty much stock driveability, going to a base forced induction setup may be more your liking.

Let me know if you have any questions or input on this package. Feel free to e-mail or call if you are ready to order.
