NLR development vehicles
Yeah a bit different but these are the vehicles we develop our boost controllers on.
650 hp at 34 psi.
1.3 liters
street tire with no wheelie bars.
at 20 psi it makes 500 hp and runs 4.84 at 159 in the 1/8 mile
and 7.30 @197 in the 1/4 mile
We utilize these extreme high hp with a single contact patch of about 6 inches to fine tune and develop our control strategies so others can benefit.
thanks,
seb

here is a video. I run all our set ups in time based mode. This has 4 stages within the first 3.9 seconds, 1 stage to get past the 1/8 and another to either tilt up for more power or nose down if I dont like the back end of the track. You can tell how smooth the application of power is and when the meat of the power is thrown in . Notice the tire doesn't lift 1 time but the guy we are racing is lifting the tire.
